عن الْبَراءِ بن عازبٍ رضيَ اللَّه عنهما قال : كَانَ رسول اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم إذا أَوَى إلى فِرَاشِهِ نَامَ عَلى شِقَّهِ الأَيمنِ ، ثُمَّ قال : « اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي إليْكَ ، وَوجَّهْتُ وَجْهي إلَيْكَ ، وفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إلَيْكَ ، وَأَلجَأْتُ ظهْري إلَيْكَ ، رَغْبةً وَرهْبَةً إلَيْكَ ، لا مَلْجأ ولا مَنْجى مِنْكَ إلاَّ إلَيْكَ ، آمَنْتُ بِكتَابكَ الذي أَنْزلتَ ، وَنَبيِّكَ الذي أَرْسَلْتَ » .رواه البخاري بهذا اللفظ في كتاب الأدب من صحيحه .
وعن حُذَيْفَةَ رضي اللَّه عنه قال : : كان النبي صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم إذا أَخَذَ مَضْجَعَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَضَعَ يَدهُ تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ، ثمَّ يَقُولُ : « اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أمُوتُ وَ أَحْيَا » وإذا اسْتيْقَظَ قَالَ : «الحَمْدُ للَّهِ اَلَّذي أَحْيَانَا بعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وإليه النُّشُورُ » . رواه البخاري .
وعن أَبي مسعودٍ البدْرِيِّ رضيَ اللَّه عنهُ عن النبيِّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قال : «منْ قَرَأَ بالآيتَيْنِ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورةِ البقَرةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ كَفَتَاهُ » متفقٌ عليه
وعَنْ عليٍّ رضي اللَّه عَنْهُ أَنَّ رسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم قالَ له وَلِفَاطِمةَ رضيَ اللَّه عنهما: « إِذَا أَوَيْتُمَا إِلى فِراشِكُما ، أَوْ إِذَا أَخَذْتُمَا مَضَاجِعَكُما فَكَبِّرا ثَلاثاً وَثَلاثِينَ ، وَسَبِّحَا ثَلاثاً وثَلاثِينَ ، وَاحْمَدَا ثَلاثاً وَثَلاثِين » وفي روايةٍ : « التَّسْبِيحُ أَرَبعاً وَثَلاثِينَ » وفي روايةٍ : « التَّكبيرُ أَربعاً وَثَلاثِينَ » متفقٌ عليه .
وعن أَبي هُريرةَ رَضِيَ اللَّه عنهُ ، قال : قال رسولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم : « إِذا أَوَى أَحَدُكُم إِلى فِراشِهِ ، فَلْيَنْفُض فِراشَهُ بداخِلَةِ إِزَارِهِ فإِنَّهُ لاَ يَدْرِي مَا خَلَفَهُ عَلَيْهِ ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبي ، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ ، إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْها ، وإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا ، فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِه عِبادَكَ الصَّالحِينَ » متفقٌ عليه .
وعنْ عائشةَ رضي اللَّه عنْها ، أَنَّ رسول اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كان إِذَا أَخَذَ مضْجعَهُ نَفَثَ في يدَيْهِ ، وَقَرَأَ بالْمُعَوِّذاتِ ومَسح بِهمَا جَسَدَهُ ، متفقٌ عليه .
وفي رواية لهما : أَنَّ النبيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كَانَ إِذَا أَوى إِلى فِرَاشِهِ كُلَّ لَيْلةٍ جمَع كَفَّيْهِ ثُمَّ نفَثَ فيهما فَقَرأَ فِيهما : قُلْ هُوَ اللَّه أَحَدٌ ، وقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الفلَقِ ، وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِربِّ النَّاسِ ، ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِهِمَا ما اسْتطاعَ مِن جسَدِهِ ، يبْدَأُ بِهما عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَوجهِهِ ، وما أَقبلَ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ ، يَفْعَلُ ذلكَ ثَلاَثَ مرَّات متفقٌ عليه .
قال أَهلُ اللُّغَةِ : « النَّفْثُ » نَفخٌ لَطِيفٌ بِلاَ رِيقٍ .
وَعنِ البرَاءِ بنِ عازِبٍ ، رَضِيَ اللَّه عنْهمَا ، قَالَ : قال لي رسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم : «إِذَا أَتَيتَ مَضْجَعَكَ فَتَوضَّأْ وضُوءَكَ لِلصَّلاةِ ، ثُمَّ اضْطَجِعْ عَلى شِقِّكَ الأَيمَنِ ، وقلْ : اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نفِسي إِلَيكَ ، وَوَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ . وَفَوَّضتُ أَمري إِلَيْكَ ، وَأَلَجَأْتُ ظَهرِي إِلَيْكَ ، رغبةً ورهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ ، لامَلجأَ ولا مَنجي مِنْكَ إِلاَّ إِليكَ ، آمنتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الذِي أَنزَلْت ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الذِي أَرسَلتَ ، فإِنْ مِتَّ . مِتَّ على الفِطرةِ ، واجْعَلهُنَّ آخِرَ ما تَقُولُ » مُتَّفقٌ عليهِ .
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّه عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كَانَ إذا أَوَى إِلى فِرَاشِهِ قَال : «الحمْدُ للَّهِ الَّذي أَطْعَمنَا وسقَانا ، وكفَانَا وآوانَا ، فكمْ مِمَّنْ لا كافيَ لَهُ ولا مُؤْوِيَ » رواهُ مسلمٌ .
وعنْ حُذيْفَةَ ، رضِيَ اللَّه عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رسُول اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كَانَ إِذا أَرَاد أَنْ يرْقُدَ ، وضَع يَدهُ اليُمنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ، ثُمَّ يقُولُ : « اللَّهمَّ قِني عَذَابكَ يوْمَ تَبْعثُ عِبادَكَ » رواهُ الترمِذيُّ .
